The Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Group will be your "single source” for hotel reservations for the FC Pride Cup 2010. The staff at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Group will coordinate all of the hotel reservations.
As a reminder and as stated in the Manager’s Checklist and posted registration rules, all teams that are selected for participation are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Group. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels and must be booked through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association. NO Exceptions.
All teams must book their hotel rooms prior to acceptance into the tournament on or before 8.25.10.
Hotels will require for your team to stay two nights regardless of the game schedule. Please read the hotel cancelation policy closely.
All rooms must be canceled on or before September 16, 2010.
The FC Pride Cup weekend is a lot more than soccer. There are many different activities for the players and adult members of the team. Feature highlights of Indianapolis are the NCAA Hall of Champions Museum, the Indianapolis 500 Museum, the Circle Center Mall, and the Indianapolis Indians (AAA baseball) all of which are located within 20 minutes of the Lawrence Soccer Complex. You will need your tournament application ID number to complete your housing request form. This number is found on your application receipt. Clubs or Managers who are booking for multiple teams will need all application ID numbers.
Host Hotel: The Indianapolis Hilton Northis the host hotel for all FC Pride Soccer events. The Hilton North is a full-service only 10 minutes from Lawrence Soccer Complex. The hotel offers free breakfast, free wireless internet, player "only" dinner offers, and team meeting rooms (based on availablity). Just the tell the ICVA you would like to stay at the Hilton North!
