Join us this winter for a fun & challenging 3 day soccer camp!

These components are introduced to each camper providing an experience that is both developmental and fun.

Each activity will be geared towards the age group and/or ability level. The camps are designed to benefit every level of player:  beginner, intermediate and advanced.

  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness - This session features speed, agility, and quickness training workouts for teaching selected motor skills. As well as including a workout program with a dynamic warm-up, speed work, fitness agility training, quickness drills, partner activities and a cool-down.
  • Move of the Day - Every morning warm-up we will do one move that helps the players develop better 1 v 1 attacking skills. We encourage the players to work on perfecting each move at home so they can win the "Move of the Day" Contest against teammates & coaches
  • Featured Topic of the Day - Each day will feature a tactical topic of the day and players will learn how to apply technique, movement, shape, and decision making to further develop their soccer IQ and tactical understanding of the game.
  • Small Sided Tournaments - Small sided games are not only fun, but are vital to player development by maximizing interaction, contact with the ball, increasing physical stamina and developing a competitive drive. We have daily prize winners for each ladder competition, and this is a favorite among campers.
  • Transition Games - These are small sided rotational games focused on quick transition with a heavy emphasis on individual skill and small group tactics.
  • Skills Challenge - This is a new challenge for this camp, and it is a skills contest among campers to see who is the best or fastest at pre-determined skill challenges, such as juggling, tricks, striking challenges.
